I. Object of the Raffle:

1. Will be raffled the Finca "Es Turo" in Felanitx, Poligono 47, Parcela 11, E - 07200 Felanitx / Mallorca.

2. The property will be passed unencumbered and free from any third party rights and free of tenants as well as up to date with the payments for council tax, electricity and water.

II. Notary/Attorney:

1. The draw of the Finca will be under the supervision of a Notary in the UK. After the draw the Notary will cause the entry in the Land Register in favour of the winner of the raffle.

The registration in the Land Register in Spain in accordance with the lottery result will be made by the Notary Miguel Àngel Panzano Cilla, C/. Costa i Llobera, 9, E-07200 Felanitx/Mallorca.

2. The proceeds of the lottery will be kept into a trust account, made out to "Es-Turo".

III. Conditions for Participation

1. Participants could be legal or natural persons. At the time of the raffle individuals must have completed their 18th year of age and be self-entitled.

2. Participation is only available on the website http://www.mallorca-finca-verlosung.net. At buying a lot, each participant is obliged to provide his personal data such as full name, address, country and for this raffle and related correspondence valid e-mail address.

3. The participant is liable for the accuracy of their personal data.

IV. Price of the Lot

The price for each lot is € 175, - (onehundredandseventyfive Euro).

V. Payment

1. With the registration of the participant, the desired number of lots will be reserved 14 days; if no full payment is received on the escrow account within that period, these registered lots will be released for further use.

2. The full payment of the registered lot/lots has to be made by bank transfer to the escrow account. Possible fees incurred will be borne by the participant.

3. The name of the registered person/beneficiary as well as the e-mail address has to be shown on the payment.

4. After receipt of full payment to the escrow account the lot number, or, in several batches, the corresponding lot numbers will be submitted to the participant via e-mail.

5. The same participant may repeatedly register for a ransom.

6. Payment receipts inferior of 175.00 € and surpluses to the price of the lot will not be refunded.

VI. Number of Lots

1. There are 11,500 lots awarded, with possibility of multiple purchases of lots.

VII. Issue of the Lot Numbers

The issuance of the lot numbers is made randomly; there is a number from 00001 to 11500. Thus, each lot has a five-digit number. The payments received will be checked by the trustee and entered into a list of lot numbers.

VIII. Time of the Raffle

1. The draw will take place at the lastest January 31st, 2011 and will be public. The exact date and venue of the draw will be announced duly on the website.


2. If by this time not all of its 11,500 lots are sold, No. IX will apply accordingly.

IX. Reversal

Should it unexpectedly come to a reversal, the amounts received to will be transferred back to the participant. The notification shall be made by e-mail.

X. Drawing of the Lot

The draw of the five-digit lot number will be made public under the supervision of a Notary.

XI. Notification of the Winner

1. After the drawing the winner will be determined from the list of lot numbers.

2. The winner will be announced with the lot number on the website. By purchasing a lot, each participant agrees to publish his personal data in the media, possibly with a photograph.

3. The winner will be informed by the Notary via e-mail.

4. The winner or their lawful successors has a time period of 20 days from the day following the draw to apply for the prize. If the notification process by the Notary will be unsuccessful and the winner does not get in touch with the Notary within the aforementioned 20 days period, a new drawing will take place within 20 working days instead.

XII. Completion of the Drawing Object

1. Within 14 working days after contact with the winner, the Notary will prepare a registerable deed with the transferor and acquiror based on which the winner gain land ownership.

2. The winner has the possibility to visit the Finca before adopting the prize.

3. The transfer of the draw object takes place without any guarantee for a certain condition, a certain ability to yield a certain extent, location or condition. The date for the handover in the possession of the winner, including load, risk and chance, will be the day of the signing of the certified deed. The current owner is committed to this instrument without delay to signing.

XIII. Costs and Fees

All, with the implementation of the lottery and its implementing land, necessary costs and fees shall be borne by the organizer.

XIV. Privacy

The registration and payment process carried out by using the appropriate technical capabilities and secure data lines. All data of the participants are presented and secured in accordance with international data protection regulations and will be deleted following the registration of the property acquisition from electronic systems.
