On a plot of approximately 20,989 square meters which is completely fenced with stone walls, you find this original, about 65 years old finca with view of Mount Randa and the monastery of San Salvador. The slightly hilly terrain has a nice tree population of carob and palm trees as well as numerous fruit trees. Many outbuildings offer many-sided usage. Felanitx offers various possibilities for your daily shopping as well as many good bars and restaurants.
